This policy explains what information Novikov Beverly Hills (“we”, “us”) collects when you use novikovbeverly.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Novikov Beverly Hills is located at 257 N Canon Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.

Information you give us

• Reservations. Tables are booked through SevenRooms, our reservation provider. When you book, SevenRooms collects your name, email address, phone number, party size, date and time, and any notes you add (for example allergies or a special occasion). This information is shared with us so we can host you. SevenRooms’ own privacy policy also applies.
• Contact form. When you write to us through the Contact page we receive your name, email address, phone number, the subject you choose and your message. The message is delivered to our email inbox.
• Email sign-up and loyalty program. Sign-up is handled by Toast, our point-of-sale and marketing provider. Toast collects the contact details you enter and uses them to send our news and offers on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from any message at any time.
• Job applications. If you contact us about a position, we keep the details and documents you send for recruiting purposes only.
• Online orders. Delivery and pick-up orders are placed on DoorDash. DoorDash collects and processes your order and payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open, the time of the visit and the website that referred you. We use these logs to keep the site running, to protect it from abuse and to understand how it is used. Logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

We also use cookies and similar technologies from the following services:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: statistics about visits and the actions taken on the site, such as clicks on “Reserve a table”.
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixels: to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• SevenRooms: to remember your reservation session and to measure completed bookings.
• Google Maps: the embedded map on our pages loads from Google and may set Google cookies.
• Accessibility toolbar: stores your display preferences (for example larger text) in your browser.

How we use information

• to take and manage your reservations, orders and requests;
• to answer your messages;
• to send news, events and offers if you have signed up, until you unsubscribe;
• to run, secure and improve the website;
• to measure our advertising;
• to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that operate parts of the site and our business for us: SevenRooms (reservations), Toast (point of sale, email sign-up), DoorDash (online orders), Google (analytics, advertising, maps), Meta (advertising), our website hosting provider and our website and marketing agency. Each provider may use the information only to provide its service to us, except where its own privacy policy applies to you directly, as noted above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our guests or our staff.

Your choices

• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some features such as the reservation widget may not.
• Advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google Ads settings (adssettings.google.com) and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
• Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to us.
• Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below; we will verify your request and answer within the time required by law.
• Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. The opt-out tools above work regardless of that setting.

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us as described below.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and hosted with a provider that maintains security safeguards. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to SevenRooms, Toast, DoorDash, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
