On January 30, Novikov invites you to step into the world of the Venetian Carnival — an evening of refined dining surrounded by masks, stilt walkers, live performance, and visual artistry in an elevated, immersive atmosphere.
As you enter, the space unfolds into a richly layered Carnival setting filled with dramatic décor, elegant movement, and theatrical detail — an environment designed to be experienced and captured long after the night ends.
Evening Highlights:
From 11:00 AM — The Chef’s Special Carnival Menu is available throughout the day.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM — The evening comes alive with live classical music and initial visual performances, as stilt walkers and costumed figures appear throughout the space.
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM — The Carnival builds energy with returning stilt walkers and choreographed dance performances, bringing movement, rhythm, and a heightened sense of celebration.
