Each course showcases the texture, depth, and purity of Bluefin tuna, thoughtfully paired with Taittinger Champagne and sake.

The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a live Bluefin tuna cutting presented by a special guest chef, followed by a tasting of tuna-inspired dishes.

From 9 PM, the atmosphere continues with a DJ set until 1 AM.
